Body By Mars Bootcamp Classes & Virtual Training aims to enhance your strength and boost your confidence through targeted interval training – a burst of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Bootcamp circuits include pull-ups, push-ups, lunges, and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Private groups, corporations, and online classes are available upon request. Personal Training

As a personal trainer in the Durham region, I offer fun, effective, and intensive workouts for those who are tired of giving up on themselves and are ready to see real results in their physical fitness. I offer virtual personal training classes, at home personal training, as well as in-house training at our facility in Pickering.
